The Mobile Food Pantry is a collaboration between RARA and Campus Kitchen at Washington & Lee (CKWL) with the goal of increasing the amount of food distributed throughout various parts of Rockbridge County. Each month, the Mobile Food Pantry visits sites in Natural Bridge Station, Lexington, Fairfield, and Goshen and makes home deliveries in Raphine, Rockbridge Baths, Effinger, and South Buffalo. RARA sources and packs the food on our truck, and Campus Kitchen uses its volunteers to deliver and distribute the food at each site.

Distribution is offered at the following sites and times, and you may call (540) 458-8784 to pre-register.

• Natural Bridge- 2nd Friday of the month, 2-3pm​

  • Natural Bridge Volunteer Fire Department (5705 S Lee Highway)

• Fairfield- 3rd Friday of the month, 10am-12pm

  • Fairfield Presbyterian Church (5508 North Lee Highway)

• Goshen- 4th Wednesday of the month, 2-3pm

  • Goshen Public Library (1124 Virginia Avenue)​

• Lexington House and Windermere Apartments- 3rd Thursday of the month, 1-3pm. Residents only.
